Thomas Hall Band In Concert

Thomas Hall is a five-piece rock band from Hattiesburg, MS formed in 2022 as part of the guitar program at William Carey University. This exciting, guitar-driven group covers a wide variety of artists from the rock genre. Thomas Hall was voted Best Band in the Pine Belt 2023 and has performed concerts throughout the South.

This magical musical comedy has captivated hearts of audiences across the globe. Join us as we continue our 40 + year tradition of bringing live theatrical entertainment to the river parishes.
Matilda is a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence and psychokinetic powers. She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher Miss Honey.
Matilda will be performed July 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, & 26 at 7:30pm and July 20th at 2:30pm.

Matilda will be directed by Lucas Harms.

 

St. John Theatre Summer CHildren’s Workshop 2025

St. John Theatre will present a children’s drama workshop May 27 – June 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the theater, 115 W. Fourth Street., in Reserve. Children having completed kindergarten through sixth grade may attend.

The workshop operates weekdays from 9 am – 1 pm starting Tuesday May 27 through Friday June 6th.

Veteran director Kristen Brooks will direct the workshop and the production. Participants will present Disney’s  The Lion King Kids June 7th at 2:30pm and  7pm

Space is limited, and pre-registration is required. The cost is $100.00.

Join us at St. John Theatre for a Mother - Daughter Wonderland themed Tea Party. Alice and the Mad Hatter will be in attendance and available for photos and there will also be fun games and prizes as well as an optional fancy hat contest.
